Intervention 1: Intervention group: 12 weeks of NASM-based training, three sessions per week, 60 minutes each session. People in this group participate in 12-week exercises that consist of four phases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Without cardiovascular diseases From 40 to 65 years

IL35-Leptin-adiponectin-FBS-HbA1c-Quality of life-Neuropathy. Timepoint: pre test -post test -after 3 months the end of the workout. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, Questionnaire, Neuropathy measurement.
