Intervention 1: Intervention group one: Participants participate in twelve group therapy sessions developed and implemented based on the Theoretical Guide to Compassionate Development (Gilbert, 2009).

Inclusion criteria: Maximum age 60 years ability to listen regularly informed consent to attend therapy sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental disorders require urgent treatment Disrupt the normal process of treatment Severe physical inactivity and disability

MeasureTime frame
State and trait anxiety symptoms. Timepoint: Measurement will be done in pre-test, post-test and follow-up three months after post-test. Method of measurement: State-Trait Anxiety Inventory Spielberger et al.;Impulsivity. Timepoint: Measurement will be done in pre-test, post-test and follow-up three months after post-test. Method of measurement: Bart's Impulsivity Scale.
