Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to participate in the research 2.Being male 3. Age range 20 to 50 years 4. Not having a physical disease 5. Having at least a diploma education

| Resilience: Everyone gets more than 50 in Connor's resilience questionnaire Stress: Everyone scores 26 or higher in the DAS questionnaire. Psychological well-being: Anyone who scores below 20 has a low score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the research as a pre-test, at the end of the intervention as a post-test. Method of measurement: Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) This scale was created by Lavibond and Lavibond in 1995. The short form of this questionnaire has 21 questions and the long form has 42 questions.Riff's psychological well-being: This scale with 18 questions was designed by Riff in 1989 and revised in 2002.
