Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Were between 18 and 35 years of age Had a history of at least 2 episodes of “giving way” in the past 6 months Had a history of at least 1 significant lateral ankle sprains to the same side that resulted in pain and loss of function of more than one day Being active Normal BMI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral ankle instability A history of neuromusculoskeletal or vestibular disorders Previous lower limb surgeries trauma to the lower limbs for at least 3 months prior to the study Observed musculoskeletal abnormalities in the lower limbs such as Genu Valgum, varum and ankle pronation Physiotherapy within the last 3 months or current participation in supervised physical rehabilitation
