Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 25 patient are in this group, and 12 weeks of saffron capsules will be given orally once daily at a dose of 30 mg. The capsules will be manufactured by Kimia Daru.

Inclusion criteria: Gynecologist diagnoses polycystic ovary syndrome No other disease Age 15 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a underlying like diabetes or cancers taking medication Addiction to any drug
