Inclusion criteria: Have a minimum score of 19 or higher on the stress subscale of the DASS-21 questionnaire Age ranging from 30 to 60 years Starting treatment under 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in treatment
