Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with wide tympanic perforation (more than 50%) Patients have at least dry canal for one month Be their first surgery on their specified ear
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ear infections in a recent month Patients with Cholesteatoma, Cholesterol granuloma, or ear canal polyp Positive history of revision surgery Patients with damaged ossicle
