15 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with wide tympanic perforation (more than 50%) Patients have at least dry canal for one month Be their first surgery on their specified ear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ear infections in a recent month Patients with Cholesteatoma, Cholesterol granuloma, or ear canal polyp Positive history of revision surgery Patients with damaged ossicle

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Successful rate of tympanic membrane graft. Timepoint: 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: physical Ear examination with microscope.	—
