Intervention 1: Intervention group: Gridiron Skin Incisions. Intervention 2: Control group: Rocky Davis skin incision in 64 patients and postoperative visit three times.

Inclusion criteria: Patients Candidate for open Appendectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis other than appendicitis Patients with a diagnosis of appendicitis are candidates for medical treatment

Measure	Time frame
Relative frequency of postoperative pain; Relative frequency of postoperative wound infection; Relative frequency of pruritus. Timepoint: One week, three months and six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Depending on the severity of the symptoms: asymptomatic, mild, moderate, severe.	—
