Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to read and speak Farsi Interested in learning meditation Birth of a full-term baby (38 to 40 weeks of pregnancy) The experience of the first caesarean section and being a primiparous child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of chronic mental and physical illness (self-reporting and file review) Having complications during pregnancy and after delivery (premature birth, Preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, babies in need of special care) Using meditation continuously for the past year Experiencing stressful events (such as losing a loved one) in the past three months

MeasureTime frame
Postpartum blues symptoms. Timepoint: It will be evaluated at four time points (days 1, 5, 10 and 15 after delivery). On the 1st day after delivery (before the intervention), the questionnaire will be completed in the hospital, but on other days it will be done by phone call.
