Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 6 mg adenosine intravenous push. Intervention 2: Control group: 5 mg verapamil intravenous push.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia (PSVT) aged between 18 and 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Calcium blocker usage History of Adenosine blocker agents usages Brain hypo-perfusion Abnormal psychological state Pulmonary edema Pregnancy History of Asthma Hypotension Cardiogenic shock Heart failure Wolff Parkinson White syndrome (WPW)
