Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non smoker women lack of history of heart disease no history of C/S no contraindication for vaginal delivery lack of cervical insufficiency lack of pregnancy related hypertension pregnant women with the number of previous pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindication for physical activity due to medical conditions such as oligohydramnios and polyhydramnios(these are recorded by the gynecologist in medical record) having more than 3 abscences in the follow up

MeasureTime frame
Low back pain scale , blood glucose. Timepoint: beginnig of the study and after 8 weeks. Method of measurement: glucometer for blood glucose , VAS (Visual Analog Scale) for low back pain.
