Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Premature infants 32-37 weeks hospitalized in Taleghani Pediatric Hospital, Gonbad. - infants not connected to the ventilator. Children whose legal guardian has given written consent to participate in the study The baby is not infected with other chronic diseases that the study protocol causes further damage to the baby Infants over seven days old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Family's willingness to research for whatever reason. Baby death Early discharge of the baby Changes in any general condition of the baby Need for surgery.

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Neonatal pain control. Timepoint: 5 day. Method of measurement: The tool used in this study to record the information will be a checklist for recording the outcomes of the NIPS pain management questionnaire.;Weight gain in newborns. Timepoint: 5day. Method of measurement: In both groups, the baby's weight will be measured using the scale-LAIKA- with a measurement accuracy of 5 grams.
