Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder based on DSM-5-TR criteria confirmed by a qualified mental health professional Age between 18 and 45 years. Presence of suicidal ideation or a history of self-injurious behaviors. Availability of at least one first-degree family member willing to participate in therapy sessions. Willingness to participate in the study and provide written informed consent. Ability to read and write and complete the study questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder. Severe substance use disorder requiring specialized treatment. Current participation in another structured psychotherapy program targeting self-harm or suicidal ideation. Severe medical or neurological conditions that interfere with participation in psychotherapy sessions. Presence of severe cognitive impairment or intellectual disability.
