Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: One month after subcision, 3 injections of fibroblast cells (10 million cells) (2 cc) will be performed with an interval of 1 month. Intervention 2: Control group:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 60-20 years Having moderate to severe scalp rolling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Breastfeeding and pregnancy History of coagulation disorders or use of drugs involved in coagulation Active infection of the face Unwillingness or inability to follow up at set times History of inherited or acquired connective tissue diseases History of skin cancer in the face Use any topical medications on the face except sunscreen in the past month Performing cosmetic procedures on the face such as laser and photodynamic therapy in the past year Filler injection in the area of scars in the last five years Taking oral isotretinoin in the last two weeks

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Scar size. Timepoint: Before and 4 months after the last injection. Method of measurement: visio face.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain level. Timepoint: During treatment. Method of measurement: Question and scoring scale from 1 to 10.;Patient Satisfaction. Timepoint: 4 months after the first session. Method of measurement: Question and scoring scale from 1 to 10.
