Inclusion criteria: Primary Dysmenorrhea Ages 20 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having trouble coagulating, taking aspirin Dysmenorrhea is very severe and unbearable Pregnancy, lactation Endometriosis Laparotomy and Laparoscopy Gastrointestinal inflammation and bleeding Hyperthyroidism
