Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all woman 25_55years old which candidate hystrectomy due to abnormal vaginal bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug sensitivity Coagulopathy Uncontrolled hypertension Diabetes mellitus Renal dysfunction Malignancy considered Uterine length >12 week BMI>30
