Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: people between 60 and 70 years informed consent and full willingness to participate in the study not cognitive disorder not using antidepressants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: willingness to withdraw from the study failure to attend meetings for two sessions

MeasureTime frame
Level of gerotranscendence. Timepoint: at the beginning of the study, immediately after the completion of reminiscence sessions, and 6 months after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: Persian version of the short form of Gerotranscendence scale.;Level of spiritual well-being. Timepoint: at the beginning of the study, immediately after the completion of reminiscence sessions, and 6 months after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: spiritual well-being scale (SWBS).;Level of depression. Timepoint: at the beginning of the study, immediately after the completion of reminiscence sessions, and 6 months after the beginning of the study. Method of measurement: geriatric depression scale (GDS-15).
