Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women over 60 years old Informed consent and full willingness to participate in the study No cognitive disorders Not depending on crutches, wheelchairs, and walkers Not having medical problems that prevent activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Willingness to withdraw from the study Failure to attend meetings for three sessions Occurrence of a medical problem that prevents sports activities

MeasureTime frame
Balance Situation. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and immediately after the completion of physical activity training. Method of measurement: Demographic Information, Activity Balance Confidence questionnaire, Timed up and Go Test.
