Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients candidate for hip and knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: liver dysfunction any contrandication for anticoagulant therapy indication for enoxaparin therapy as anticoagulant history of deep vein thrombosis active cancer
