Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: history of type 2 diabetes for at least one year Age 60 and older last glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) result of 6.5-8.5 percent Dyslipidemia criteria: HDL less than 40 mg / dl (men) , HDL less than 50mg / dl (women) or LDL above 100 Mg / dl or Triglycerides above 149 mg / dl Or cholesterol above 200mg / dl primary school or higher education Iranian nationality Being Muslim No severe cognitive impairment Nosevere depression, No acute illnesses (CVD, kidney, liver, respiratory , malignancy) No severe physical disorders (blindness, motor, hypoglycemia).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not attending class for two or more sessions and acute diseases (mentioned above) hospitalization
