Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: In the control group, half of the fluid will be infused in the first eight hours after admission, and the other half in the next 16 hours, according to the Parkland form

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heat burn patient with 20-90% burn rate. Less than six hours have passed since the patient's burn. Patient age 18 to 64 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease with previous renal failure.- A disease that has previous pulmonary failure.- A disease that has been burned for more than six hours .Disease that has suffered electrical and chemical burns.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Urine output. Timepoint: Hourly, from admission up to 24 hours after admission. Method of measurement: Balanced Scale Urine Bag.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
En Heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, base deficit and pH of arterial blood. Timepoint: Heart rate and blood pressure will be measured hourly, from admission to 24 hours after admission. Oxygen level, base deficit and pH of arterial blood will be measured on admission and in 24th hour after admission. Method of measurement: Heart rate will be measured by Burn Intensive Care Unit monitoring system, Blood pressure by sphygmomanometer, and variables related to arterial blood will be measured by arterial blood gas (ABG) test. .
