Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Boys with non-structural scoliosis with a c-shaped curvature of 10 to 20 degrees Not having any history of spine surgery Do not use brace Lack of structural Shortage lower extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participate in regular exercise activities while doing research Having had any respiratory, cardiovascular and sports injuries in the past six months Non-cooperation of subjects during the research Absence of more than two sessions of subjects in the exercises
