Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children under 15 with abscess epilepsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with malignancies, cardiovascular disorders, kidney, metabolic, drug allergies, and those who have not taken the drug regularly.

Seizure frequency (Number of seizures per week). Timepoint: Initiation of the study, 4 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Counting the number of seizures per week and recording in a questionnaire.;Serum levels of Lamotrigine. Timepoint: Study end (4 months after the intervention). Method of measurement: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).;Serum levels of Ethosuximide. Timepoint: Study end (4 months after the intervention).
