Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to communicate and respond to the questions of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Age 45 years or older Consent to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form Having had COVID-19 during the recovery or convalescence period Scoring 5 or higher on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Not using sleeping medications No prior training or participation in studies similar to the current research within the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate in the study Not meeting the study inclusion criteria Severe underlying diseases, such as heart diseases, type 1 diabetes, or psychiatric disorders Physical or mental disability; individuals who are unable to perform yoga or relaxation exercises due to their physical or mental condition
