Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students with an average age of 10 to 14 years Pronation distortion syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prohibition of the doctor from doing sports exercises Taking medicines that disturb the balance

Functional movement. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Using the FMS test, the LESS test, and the balance test.;Distribution of foot pressure. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Foot pressure device.;Lower extremity alignment. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: By goniometer.
