Intervention 1: Intervention group: Training in Water, for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week, 2 hour per session. Intervention 2: Control group: Without any training and just doing normal daily activities.

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic neuropathy based on the Michigan questionnaire Female gender Age 35 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria: Having regular sports activities Having another disease
