Intervention 1: Intervention group: training in deep water, for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week, in which 120 minutes of activity will be performed in each training session, which will include 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic neuropathy based on the Michigan questionnaire Female gender Age 35 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria: Having another disease Concurrent participation in similar research Having regular sports activities
