Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who take the test drug Olaparib twice a day (300 mg BID) for at least 3.5 days, followed by the same regimen for the reference drug. Non-vegetarian. Patients with advanced ovarian cancer with a definite or suspected BRCA mutation, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer treated with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting. Not too obese or thin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smoking. Alcohol and drug abuse. Allergy to Statins. Abnormal liver or kidney function. AIDS, HBV, HCV, syphilis. Abnormal WBC, hemoglobin, or platelets. History of acute or chronic GI, liver, kidney, or cardiovascular disease. Concomitant use of grapefruit or CYP3A4 inhibitors.
