Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy gestational age between 12-14 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of renal or cardiac disease, chronic hypertension or severe anemia, acute pancreatitis Pregnancy-related anomalies in the present and past pregnancies History of pre-eclampcia, pre-term labor, recurrent abortion or IUGR
