Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Ability to sign consent Intact papilla No contraindication for diclofenac Having an ERCP indication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pancreatitis Allergy to diclofenac Sphincterotomy Basic amylase above 200

MeasureTime frame
Acute pancreatitis after ERCP. Timepoint: 24 hours after ERCP operation. Method of measurement: Examination and testing of lipase amylase.
