Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of blepharitis by an ophthalmologist Age 18 to 50 years Having at least 20/100 vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to visit an ophthalmologist after 2 weeks Unwillingness to participate in the study Having eyelid surgery in the past 12 months Acute eye infection Severe dry eye Eye pressure above 22 mmHg

| Significant reduction in Demodex. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 2 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Counting the number of parasites present in the submitted eyelash sample.;Increasing treatment adherence. Timepoint: Two weeks and a month later. Method of measurement: Medication Possession Ratio (MPR): The ratio of days the medication was in the patient's possession to the length of follow-up, which in this study will also measure adherence rates using this ratio.
