Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of blepharitis by an ophthalmologist Age 18 to 50 years Having at least 20/100 vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to visit an ophthalmologist after 2 weeks Unwillingness to participate in the study Having eyelid surgery in the past 12 months Acute eye infection Severe dry eye Eye pressure above 22 mmHg

| Significant reduction in Demodex. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 2 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Counting the number of parasites present in the submitted eyelash sample.;Increasing treatment adherence. Timepoint: Two weeks and a month later. Method of measurement: Medication Possession Ratio (MPR): The ratio of days the medication was in the patient's possession to the length of follow-up, which in this study will also measure adherence rates using this ratio. The ratio of the number of times the patient should have performed eyelid hygiene to the number of times the patient actually performed the hygiene. | — |
