Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having no systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg and diastolic higher than 100 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No use of walking aids such as canes and walkers

?¬ HIF1 gene expression. Timepoint: Blood sampling in the pre-test phase 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Blood sampling from brachial vein and testing by Real-Time-PCR.;PGC1a. Timepoint: Blood sampling in the pre-test phase 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Blood sampling from the bra vein and the use of a special laboratory kit.;BFGF. Timepoint: Blood sampling in the pre-test phase 24 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Blood sampling from the bra vein and the use of a special laboratory kit.
