Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who referee for creating AVF for dialysis and have proper vein by examination and do not have previous AVF in the same extremity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unwillingness of patients Presence of infection or burn scar on AVF site Presence of previous AVF or AVG on the same extremity Lack of proper vein

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
AVF efficacy on 8th-10th weeks post operative. Timepoint: On 8th to 10th weeks post operation. Method of measurement: Examination by a vascular surgeon.;AVF function on 7th month follow up. Timepoint: seven months after operation. Method of measurement: Examination by the vascular surgeon.	—
