30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 and 70 years candidate for fixation of a hip fracture ASA class I or II Hemoglobin equal to 10 mg/dL or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sensitivity to Dexmedetomidine coagulation disorders past surgical history at the same of location uncontrolled high blood pressure

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative bleeding volume. Timepoint: during surgery. Method of measurement: the number of gas consumed and the amount of blood suctioned.;Mean arterial pressure. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes till the end of surgery. Method of measurement: In mmHg with intra arterial manometry.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes till the end of surgery. Method of measurement: With cardiac monitoring.
