Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pilonidal sinus intergluteal area Perform surgery Open wound after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes, cancer, immunodeficiency, radiotherapy and chemotherapy At the time of surgery, the patient has an abscess.

| Changes in open wound due to surgery of pilonidal sinus in the inter-glottal region. Timepoint: One week, two weeks and one month after treatment. Method of measurement: To evaluate the wound healing, wound diameter or length, depth, erythema, and its secretion are examined. To check the diameter of the wound, the patient placed in the prone position, first the wound cavity is washed and dried in a sterilized way, after making sure about no secretion inside the cavity, the diameter/length and depth of the wound would be measured using a ruler. Then the wound cavity is filled with sterile normal saline, then it aspirates with a syringe and finally The cavity would be dried and dressed. | — |
