Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: currently onantipsychotic medication; a score of at least 2(mild akathisia) on the global subscale of theBarnes Akathisia Rating Scale (BARS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: taking betablocker, cyproheptadin ,miancerin,B6 suiccidal thought severe akathisia ,global score of BARS >5
