Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mother's mastery of computer skills Internet access and willingness to use internal social media for themselves Completion of written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking medicine for chronic disease (such as cancer, Crohn's, diabetes) in children Immobility (complete or partial) of children Children with special conditions such as the need to limit certain foods (such as celiac disease or food allergies) Learning disabilities in children

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of anthropometric index. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 3 and 6 months after the implementation of the intervention. Method of measurement: Weight, height, waist and hip circumference.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measuring sleep status, eating pattern, physical activity, screen time, parenting skills and self-efficacy. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 3 and 6 months after the implementation of the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
