Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premature infants 32 weeks or less or premature infants weighing 1500 g or less who require N-CPAP Parents are satisfied with the baby's entry into the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Premature infants who are >32 weeks of postmenstrual age (PMA) or Premature infants(<37 weeks(PMA)) at a weight <1500 g The infant was intubated before receiving N-CPAP and received invasive ventilation Preterm infants who had facial features that might preclude treatment with binasal CPAP (eg, cleft lip, Pierre Robin sequence,choanal atresia)
