Interventions

Intervention group: Intervention group 1: Balsam group that is given 250 mg capsules three times a day for six weeks. The assortment was fastened and attached to the patient's shoulder for 20 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lack of psychological illnesses based on patient self-report Not having a chronic debilitating brain or motor disorder No drug or alcohol addiction Mild Anxiety Score in Spielberger Anxiety Inventory All seniors who are on standard treatment for 4-6 weeks

Percentage of people with anxiety (score 21 to 39). Timepoint: Measurement of anxiety before the intervention and six weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Inventory.
