Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Interest and satisfaction in participating in the research Ages 12 to 17 years Confirmation of asthma by a physician Reading and writing skills Having a mobile phone with Android or IOS system and the ability to work with it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental illness approved by the physician Chronic physical disease other than asthma Participation of samples in similar programs in the last three months
