Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The occurrence of non-specific chronic back pain diagnosed by a specialist, 2. No medical condition prohibiting exercise 3. Having the ability and time to participate in the study, 4. The absence of any moral opinion forbidding participation, 5. Filling out the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness to continue participation for any reason; 2. Absence in more than one third of the training sessions; 3. Failure to adhere to the discipline of the training sessions; 4. The occurrence of medical problems preventing performing exercises.
