Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 to 65 years Trauma patients with full consciousness No open wounds Leg or ankle trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Altered level of consciousness or hemodynamic Active bleeding Dissatisfaction with participating in the study

MeasureTime frame
Reduce the severity of pain. Timepoint: 10 minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: Numerical rating scale.
