Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bilateral facial atrophic acne scars Minimum age 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active acne lesions Prone to make colloids Immunocompromised Active herpes infection Pregnancy or lactation Systemic treatment of isotretinoin or immunosuppressant drugs for the past 6 months. History of sensitivity to any of the materials used in the study major depression Patients with low blood pressure and bradycardia or any history of them History of CHF History of MI History of cardiac arrhythmia Patients with asthma or bronchospasm or or history of them
