Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with chronic periodontitis : mild, moderate, and severe Having at least one tooth in each quadrant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnant women

| The mean depth of the attachment loss before and after the intervention will be evaluated based on the clinical examination of the dentist and comparing the before and after pictures of the patients. Timepoint: The first time will be after the initial evaluation and before the injection and the second time will be 28 days after the initial injection. Method of measurement: Periodontal probing will be performed by a dentist who is unaware of the current plan and patient's condition. | — |
