Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirming that they had not exercised in the previous six months Sleeping for at least seven to eight hours per day. Not taking any steroids or illegal agents known to increase muscle mass in the previous year. Less than 0.8 g/kg/d of protein ingestion. Being free of musculoskeletal disorders Being >60 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injuries Not following the prescribed diet Anabolic steroid injection Contributing to exercises out of prescribed ones Lack of inner desire to carry on exercise or diet intervention
