Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: patients apply ointment containing Yarrow extract on anus with applicator twice daily for 2 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: patients apply placebo ointment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with internal hemorrhoids grades 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel disease Fisher Peri anal Fisssure Abscess Malignancy received anti hemorrhoid drugs in last month received an operation of hemorrhoids in last 6 months
