Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Score less than 12 in postpartum depression test Edinburgh At least high school education Iranian and Urmia resident pregnancy desire Single pregnancy Primiparous Sex satisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nervous drug history Past 6 months accident Neonatal abnormality Infant hospitalization after birth Return to work earlier than 4 months postpartum Suicidal thoughts or harm to child

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Postpartum Depression. Timepoint: Before the intervention, during the intervention (4 weeks after the start), immediately and 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Edinburgh postpartum depression questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mother _ infant attachment. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Muller mother _ infant attachment questionnaire.
