Inclusion criteria: All subjects must be postmenopausal middle-aged women All subjects must be in good health

MeasureTime frame
ABCA1 MRNA in PBMC cells. Timepoint: 48 hours before the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session, fasting blood samples were taken from all subjects in the fasting state. Method of measurement: Standard Blood Supplies: (1- disposable syringe 2- Garo 3- Test tube 4- Sterile cotton 5- Ethanol alcohol) - Laboratory kit - Centrifuge.
