Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a family caregiver who accompanies the patient to the Imam Hossein Hospital and the specialized clinic of the Imam Hossein Hospital for the continuation of treatment, periodical follow-ups and the initiation of treatment. Definitive diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome by a cardiologist for the patient 6 months have passed since the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome by a cardiologist Literacy for reading and writing Access to communication tools and the ability to install social networks has been actively caring for the patient for 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nervous and mental disorders during self-expression Death of close relatives in the last 6 months Member of the treatment staff
