Inclusion criteria: Being infected to Fibromyalgia Lack of Metabolic Diseases, Menopause Do not consume energetic substances such as: Vitamins, Dietary Supplements, Herbs

Exclusion criteria: Consumption Cigarettes and Alcoholic beverages Having Regular Exercise Consumption history Antidepressants
